Returns Policy and Procedures

Exchange, Refunds and Returns Policy:

Online Returns Policy:

We are happy to work with you to exchange particular stems if possible if you change your mind, this is on a case by base basis at the disgression of beach to bloom.

Due to the nature of our items, being floral arrangements, your stems are cut and made to order- therefore we do not offer refunds, or exchanges, and all sales are final. 

Except where the law states that a refund is legally required. Our terms and conditions should be read before making a purchase, any reason for wanting a refund will be considered excluding anything explained in our terms and conditions regarding our items.

Homeware items can be refunded and exchanged if in perfect condition, not used and delivered to us within 7 days of your tracking number proof of delivery to you date.

Agreement when purchasing through our wesite.

You agree that we are entitled to send you the items described in the image and description, however, understand that flowers and stems are seasonal and natural, therefore you may be sent a slight variation of your ordered item.
For example a slightly different shade of the same colour, or a replacement stem of more value that is similar in shape, colour and texture.

Colour:

ALL flower, stems and arrangements are to be expected to be any shade of the colour described and shown, including white and cream.

All images shown online and on our socials have been taken under white lights, therefore will be reflect differently under natural lighting.

The colour on the stems will vary based on the season, and the availability for these natural stems.

ALL dried flowers will look different based on each batch, season, and lighting.

If your requirement is specific we do ask that you check in advance with us that your exact item will be in stock and sent to you.

We do not refund due to shading of colours. Any requests for this will be refused.

Pots:

We will always aim to give you the same pot as what is photographed online. In the instance that the ceramic pot is sold out we will replace with something of the same or more value. Of a similar size and as close to matching colour as possible. 
This does not mean that this will be exactly the same.

If your requirement is specific we do ask that you check in advance with us that your exact item will be in stock and sent to you.

We do not refund due to a different ceramic pot being used. Any requests for this will be refused.

Replacement stems:
If in the instance we need to use a different stem to what is described or photographed, we will always aim to use something that will work in it's place.
Of a similar colour and texture.

If your requirement is specific we do ask that you check in advance with us that your exact item will be in stock and sent to you.

We do not refund due to a different stem being used. Any requests for this will be refused.

Returns terms on agreed returns.

 

Please CALL and email hello@beachtobloom.com.au to organise exchanges or discuss any requests for refunds. 

If you send back an inelligable return, you will be required to pay for return postage to you should you want your item, so please contact us to be sure your item is a returnable/ exchangeable item. 

If there is an agreed return or exit and
If you paid using Afterpay or Zippay you will be deducted 0.06% of your item/ items returned + 30c from your refund.
All other refunds for change of mind will be deducted 0.03% of your item/ items returned + 30c from your refund.
These fees will NOT be deducted from your refund if the item you received is being returned because of a manufacturing fault

SHIPPING for returns? 

The items must be returned to Beach to Bloom at the customers expense unless otherwise specified, or unless a mistake was made by Beach to Bloom regarding your order/ postage/ or manufacturers faults.

CREDIT for returns?

You can choose to be issued an exchange for another item that suits you, be given a credit note to be used within six months from issued date or a refund, at your choice.

If you do not specify what you would like in the email or in the return package you will automatically be issued a credit note in your name to be used at your own leisure, and this cannot be reversed.

ALL ITEMS ARE NATURAL ITEMS AND WILL ALL BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT WITH VARIATION TO SIZE AND COLOUR AND TEXTURE.
THIS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A FAULT.

And refunds will not be accepted, as this is explained in our terms and conditions that you agree to before placing your order. 

Security Policy:

Beach to Bloom uses the Shopify Gateway powered by Stripe for all it's online credit card transactions. This gateway provides a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet and is a  PCI-DSS Certified Gateway. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using this gateway are secured payments.
Payments are in real time, with immediate response.
Your credit card info cannot be viewed by anyone from Beach to Bloom or any other person.
Stripe will encrypt and verify the integrity of traffic between the customer and the server.

Beach to Bloom also securely uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) so that is when you can see the 'HTTPS' on every single page, NOT just on the checkout. This is the most secure technology, and the safest way to shop online.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software, and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
