PLEASE NOTE:

ANY MAJOR SALES ie- Black Friday and Boxing Day will effect and change the usual policy time frames. 
If you are making a purchases during a sale or during the dates outlined below please expect delays as per the dates below.


SALE TIME / PEAK TIME INFO: 

Orders placed between 30 Nov 21 and 29 Jan 22 will have a 3 week wait before orders are ready to be sent or collected. Please consider this before placing an order, particularly  if it is for a Christmas gift or special occasion. 

Orders placed during 30 Jan- feb 13th will have a 2 week waiting period. Please consider this before placing an order, particularly if it’s for a special occasion or gift. 

If you require something before a particular date, please contact our team BEFORE you place your order to check if we can make your order in time.

Our website will require you to agree to these terms before you can place an order at the checkout. You will be prompted and reminded. 

If you choose not to agree to these terms our website will not allow you to proceed with your order. 

We can’t move orders forward or rush them during this time, unless organised with a team member before the order is placed. 

Orders placed during this time can not be refunded or exchanged.

Please be assured that your order will be treated as urgent, however with so many orders over a sale weekend, or during busy times, we can expect to take a little extra time to get through all of them.

We are proud to say that we provide one of the fastest services in our area for preparing and shipping your made to order dried flower arrangements AUS WIDE.

WE OFFER FLOWER DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE, OR YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR FLOWERS IN LAWNTON.
Pick up dried flowers from Lawnton.
We offer flower delivery daily to Brisbane, Sunshine coast and South Brisbane.
We now deliver to Sydney, Melbourne and Australia wide.



SHIPPING QUALITY:
The shipping providers we use allow us to provide the low shipping rates that we do.
Our packages are all sent with our main goal in mind- to be as ECO- FRIENDLY as we can be, by using cardboard packaging and biodegradable packing peanuts.
This allows us to ship all of our floral items, as well as our fragile pots AUSWIDE safely, and while maintaining flawless quality and without added plastics.



NO BOX DELIVERY OPTIONS:
If you would like your flowers to be delivered without a box- in person, please contact us BEFORE you place your order to check that we can do this in your local area.
This will only be available for Brisbane, and North Brisbane flower deliveries.

If your item can be delivered locally by us- you will not receive a box- in attempt to save waste.

SHIPPING COSTS:
LIGHT STEMS AND BUNCHES ARE A FLAT ARE OF $`12 AUS WIDE
S-L POTS ARE A FLAT RATE $17 AUSWIDE
HEAVIER POTS ARE PRICED BASED ON WEIGHT.

Shipping is based on weight- so of you order LOTS of stems/ multiple bunches/ heavy items the shipping will double up.
If you add to the cart and go through to shipping you can see what it calculates to be.



PREPARATION TIME:
Your flower arrangements and floral orders only take up to 4 hours to prepare. YAY!
However, your orders are made in order of when they were placed, and can take anywhere between same day, up to 5 business days to prepare your order, depending on how busy we are.

If you need a speedier service please make contact BEFORE you place your order.. We will always do our best to see where we can squeeze your order in.

In the event that we are waiting for a particular stem to arrive we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days to create an item (THIS IS A RARE SITUATION).
If anything will take longer our team will contact you to let you know and give you options to replace/ refund or wait.
If you want to confirm if your pot will be ready by a particular date, you will need to check with us before placing your order.



TRACKING:
When your order is on the way to you- you will be automatically notified with a  tracking number. You can follow your item and count down the moments until it gets to your door. 
You will also see what carrier has your parcel and you will be able to contact them if needed.

As standard expectations- once the item is posted to you AUS post / courier service is responsible for your item. Please ensure you are having your item delivered to a safe location.
If you require signature on delivery you will need to contact us before your order is fulfilled on our end to organise that.



3RD PARTY COURIERS:
If your delivery has been sent, you will receive a tracking number. Once you receive that you can keep up with where your package is.
If in the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen during or after transit, or if you received a damaged box during or after transit you can contact the shipping company to request re-imbursement.
You can generally call these companies to request help resolving any issues.
You can request a reference number that you can give us to also call on your behalf to help resolve any issues, as a courtesy.
We do not claim any responsibility for the safekeeping of your package, or shipping time frames after they have left our premises.
We only send with reputable companies, and have confidence in their service.

Please contact us to organise an exact day or same day service before placing your QLD order.
If you would like to place an order that is time sensitive and wish to jump the queue you will need to text us to ensure that we can rush your order through in time BEFORE you place your order. A note on your order with a request won’t notify us in advance of your date. So to avoid disappointment you will need to check with us if your order can be fulfilled with your time requirements you will need to contact us before you place the order, so that we can let you know of any options and additional costs this may be.

ERROR IN PLACING AN ORDER:
Please call or TEXT 0481757933 if you have made any errors in the address provided to us ASAP- rather than email, so that we can update it for your before it's handed to the couriers.



PICK UP:
After your order is placed- we will work on creating your piece. This is in order of when the transaction was placed.
You will be notified as soon as it's ready (from 4 hours, up to 5 business days).
You can then contact us via TEXT 0481757933 to organise a time and day to collect.
Your notification email will include our address in Lawnton, and pick up instructions.
Our team will work with you to ensure you can pick up urgently- as we know that you can't wait to get it all set up at home.

We are not always at home (as we are an at home business) so we STRONGLY recommend that you check for a time that is suitable before you make your way.
Pick ups will be contactless at agreed times.
