Please note-
Due to this item being natural, please expect that some stems may vary in colour, shape, size. Each stem is described and pictured to best suit the item, however, each item is still unique.Each arrangement/ bunch will be made to order. We arrange your items as closely to what is pictured as above, as humanly possible. We are hand making your items with lots of love and care- and will be slightly different, due to the nature of the items being natural and arranged by hand.
Some flowers and stems Are seasonal, in the event that one of the stems in the picture is no longer in stock, it will be replaced with something very similar, and of equal or more value. This is part of our terms and conditions.
If the pot/ vase that your arrangement is photographed in is out of stock- we can continue to make the same arrangement for you in a different pot that will work for your arrangement.
The replacement pot will be of a similar size/ shape and colour.
These flowers are arranged to order, once you place your order we start making them, therefore all orders are final.
No care is required for your everlasting stems. They are all preserved and dried to last between 1-6 years. Smaller more fragile flowers and stems will shed the earliest, however the arrangement will stand the test of time.
Once you place your order you will be emailed a notification.
We start arranging in numerical order, so your order may be ready as soon as 4 hours, or at the latest 3 business days.

As soon as your order is ready you will be emailed or texted automatically from our website to let you know! YAY!
You can organise pick up by following the prompts in your notification email… Or wait excitedly for the package to arrive, depending if you chose pick up or delivery.
We ship all over Australia, carefully packaged pots and arrangements, stems and homewares- using biodegradable packing peanuts to keep your items safe.
